Our Polymore material is custom blended and compounded High-density Polyethylene that has added uv protection, custom coloring and more.

The manufacturing process is Rotomolding using computer aided equipment and large ovens.

The finished product is a seamless, single walled layout boats that are one piece construction that is so strong it won’t crack or break even in the coldest temperatures.

An extremely Buoyant material with  NO WEAK links in its one piece construction that plays a valid role in its structural ability.
