Terms and Conditions

 For the original retail purchaser (“Consumer”), Waterfowl Works LLC  Layout Boats are warranted against material or manufacturing defects in the hull and deck for One (1) years from date of original purchase. This limited warranty is not valid for commercial use. All Commercial use warranty concerns will be evaluated on a case by case basis.  There are no refunds as each boat ordered is assigned a number at the time of purchase and logged into records at that time.
